No more soggy fries!

2 russet potatoes, cut length wise ½ inch thick

Oil for frying


Direction for fries

In a medium saucepan bring about 4 cups of water to a boil. Season water with salt. Add potatoes to water and cook for 6 minutes. Be careful not to overcook!! Drain water and transfer potatoes to paper towel.

Heat oil to 375 degrees in large pan. Fry potatoes until golden brown. Transfer fries to with slotted spatula. Salt and serve.
