As some who loves to bbq all year around I’m always looking for new ways to pair my favorite meat selections with my favorite veggies. The spicy garlicky flavors in this bok choy goes great with steak, chicken or just a plain bowl of rice.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon garlic-chili paste
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients in large bowl. Toss in bok choy coat with chili sauce. Grill over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
