Burn It Down Group hosted their 5th annual Treehouse NYC event at a secret location in Brooklyn and it definitely lived up to the hype. A few blocks away I realized I must be close because the streets literally smelled like sour diesel. By time I got there the house was already packed wall to walk with party goers and venders promoting everything from rolling papers and cannabis sizzurp to THC infused chocolate cake and chicken wings. The haze was so thick it could rival any Wiz/Snoop smoke session. I had to use the old divers trick of spiting on my lens to stop it from fogging up (nerd shit). As the night went on there was nothing but smoke and good vibes in the air. Skitzo even hosted a couple rounds of trivia questions were contestants battled for cannabis related products. Just as some the dopest cuts you could ever want to smoke to played over speakers the party got cut a little short when popo showed up. I’m sure next years bash will be just as crazy.
