This isn’t and food post. This is a Serena Williams appreciation post. I had the pleasure of getting to see Serena play the final match of her career at the US Open last weekend and it was a moment I’ll never forget. Looking back when I really think about all the sports figures I’ve loved over the years she’s the only athlete I’ve went to great lengths to make sure I see every time she’s in NYC. So there was no way I was going to miss her last run at Arthur Ashe. I threw in some photos of US Open’s infamous “Honey Deuce” cocktail along with Fuko’s spicy chicken tenders. So I guess its something like a food post.
