Makes 8 patties
Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork by
1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoon onions, minced
1/4 teaspoon Scotch bonnet pepper, minced
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients until blended well. Scoop about 1/4 cup of sausage mixture and form into 3 inch patties. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper.
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Fry patties for 3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
If you want to save the uncooked sausage patties for later. Place entire sheet pan to freezer until sausage patties are completely frozen then transfer patties to ziplock bag.
