“A steak house classic! Grilled asparagus can pair up with any one of your favorite cuts of meat as well as veggie dish you like”
Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus, trimmed
2 large Vidalia onions, peeled and quartered
1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus some for brushing
Directions:
Toss asparagus and onions in olive oil season with salt and pepper. Brush grill with oil. Cook onions for 4 minutes on each side over high heat. Grill asparagus over high heat for 3 minutes turn asparagus and cook for another 2 minutes. Place asparagus and onions of baking sheet and toss with juice of half lemon.
