These days walking through your local market you can find a ton of brands that bottle “fresh” juice in all different flavors. The only problem is they can be very expensive and sometimes they’re not so fresh. With a few dollars and a little time you can create your own juice blends that will give you that extra boost to your immune system. This is the green juice recipe I use to keep me going through the long work week.
Ingredients:
2 Granny Smith apples
4 celery stalks
3 cups dandelion greens
1 ounce wheatgrass
4 kale leaves
3 cups spinach
Directions:
Wash vegetables. Juice all ingredients. Stir juice until well mixed
