Whether you’re hosting a backyard BBQ, bringing a dish to a potluck, or simply craving a savory snack, this deviled eggs recipe delivers a rich smokey flavor and just the right amount of indulgence. Simple to make and impossible to resist these eggs won’t last long once they’re on the table!
Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved
3 tablespoon mayo
1 teaspoon brown mustard
1 teaspoon relish
1/8 teaspoon garlic power
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika plus more for garnish
Pinch of cayenne
3 slices bacon, cooked
Chopped chives for garnish
Directions:
Remove yolks with a spoon and place them in a small mixing bowl. Mash yolk with folk, add mayo, mustard, relish, garlic powder, dill, paprika and cayenne. Mix until creamy.
Spoon equal amounts of yolk mixture back into egg whites(for a fancier touch add mixture to piping a bag with spiral tip).
Top each egg with a bit size piece of bacon, chives and a light dusting of smoked paprika.
