Parmesan-Roasted Broccoli

This cheesy recipe will have everyone eating their veggies.

Ingredients:

1 broccoli head, cut into florets, large florets halved lengthwise
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Kosher salt
black pepper


Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a medium bowl toss broccoli, olive oil and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Spread broccoli even on baking sheet. Roast for 25 minutes, tossing occasionally. Sprinkle half the Parmesan over broccoli. Roast for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
