Espresso Cream Zootbite Shooters

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

2 teaspoon instant espresso powder

12 Zootbite Brownies

Directions:

Freeze Zootbites overnight so they harden(this makes it easier to cut them later). Add heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, coco powder and espresso powder to a chilled mixing bowl. Beat mixture to soft peaks. Cover the espresso cream and place in refrigerator. Dice ZootBites into small pieces. Its best to do it one at a time so each shooter has one whole Zootbite(20g). Add espresso cream to piping bag. Spoon half of one Zootbite about 10g into a shooter glass then pipe in about 1 tablespoon of espresso cream. Repeat(Hint: if your using a larger glass you can add more just remember these are marijuana infused) For garnish you can use whatever you like. I used raspberries but you can use chocolate shavings, espresso powder, mint etc.
